- Cooking oils (Veg oil, Olive oil, etc.)
- Peanut Butter
- Nuts and edible seeds
- Crisco
- Condiments (mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc.)
- Canned meats
- Chocolate (will keep in the freezer)
- Whole mild (can be dehydrated and powdered)

- Learn canning and dehydrating.
Week 34
Preps to buy:
- Dry goods (beans, lentils, soup mixes, etc.)
Actions:
- Research the importance of having certain foods in your diet.
- Learn how to package and store food for long term.
- Store your food appropriately. Your food's worst enemies are:
- Moisture
- Sunlight
- Oxygen
- Temperature fluctuations
- Bugs
Week 35
Preps to buy:
- More pastas and dry goods
- Oats
